To begin a sacred sound session you lie down on a cushioned mat with a blanket and pillow in comfortable clothing.  Sitting on a chair is an option. You may cover your eyes with an eye pillow. Specially selected crystals are available to accentuate the process. Claudia will begin by playing two Koshi chimes while taking you on a guided meditation to promote complete relaxation. A short prayer follows with tingshas and Tibetan bowl accompaniment. Claudia then starts playing an earth gong softly to lull you into a deep meditative state. She alternates between playing the crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls and gongs during the session. Her intention along with your  healing intention drive her intuitive playing and each sound session experience is slightly different. As you attune to the frequencies of the tones, stress, anxiety and attachments of none beneficial energies melt away. You begin to feel lighter, brighter and joyful as these burdens are lifted from your being. You may feel body releases of twitching muscles, shaking legs, emotional releases and or electric like sensations in this deep relaxation state. This is normal but reactions are individual. The layers of release can happen up to a day or two later. Some people enter a lucid dreaming state. Most people feel highly relaxed like heavy weights and stress are lifted from them.
